Living a Yogi Life
Yoga is a great way to not just exercise and tone your body, but your mind as well. When you do yoga you focus on your breathing increasing the blood and oxygen in certain areas increasing the muscle. The sequences that I am sharing with you I do at home for at least a week prior to perfect it before I share it with you. For the best results I suggest doing any of the sequence at least once for 5 days a week.
